Significant terms

The Promoter is Save Water Save Money Limited, PO Box 777, Banbury OX16 6QN (“SWSM”). These Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively to your participation in the Save Water Save Money Like, Share, Follow Free Prize Draw (the “Free Prize Draw”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. How to participate?

  1. No purchase necessary. To enter the prize draw, an entrant must complete all of the following for their entry to be considered valid:
  2. Only one entry per person permitted per Instagram and Facebook account. For each additional tag in the comments, entrants gain one additional entry to the prize draw. There is no limit to the additional number of entries entrants can achieve by tagging multiple friends.
  3. No confirmation message will be sent. Entrants are responsible for ensuring they have followed all steps correctly. Incomplete or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

2. Opening / closing date & time

The opening date for entry will be 00:01 GMT on the 1st November 2025 and the closing date for entry will be 23:59 GMT on the 31st December 2025. After this date no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.

3. Qualification of Entry

    1. The Free Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK. All entrants must be aged 18 years or over on the day they enter the Free Prize Draw. Proof of age, in the form of a valid passport or driver’s licence, may be required.
    2. Only one entry for each account is permitted per person.
    3. If you opt in to receive correspondence from Save Water Save Money or your Water Company as part of entering this Free Prize Draw, you can subsequently unsubscribe at any time.

4. The Free Prize Draw

There is one prize to be won, a Methven Aurajet™ Aio Water Saving Shower Handset, in either Chrome or Matte Black finish, depending on winner’s choice, valued at £136.01.

5. Personal Data

All personal information you submit in connection with the Free Prize Draw will be stored for four (4) months after the closing date of the promotion before deletion.

6. Premature Termination / Exclusion of participants

Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Save Water Save Money reserves the right to cancel or amend the Free Prize Draw or these terms and conditions at any stage.

7. General

To the fullest extent possible in law, Save Water Save Money does not accept liability for any losses or claims whatsoever arising out of participation in the Free Prize Draw and the acceptance of any Prize.
