Terms and conditions
This promotion is sponsored and administered by Save Water Save Money Limited, PO Box 777, Banbury OX16 6QN, UK (“Save Water Save Money,” “Promotor” or “SWSM”). These Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively to your participation in the Save Water Save Money Like, Share, Follow Free Prize Draw (the “Free Prize Draw”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. How to participate?
1.1 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the prize draw, an entrant must complete all of the following for their entry to be considered valid:
a. Follow at least one of our official Instagram or Facebook pages:
i. Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/savewatersavemoney_us/
ii. Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SaveWaterSaveMoneyU.S;
b. Like the prize draw post published on 8th October 2025;
c. Tag one friend in the comment section.
1.2 Only one entry per person is permitted per Instagram and Facebook account. For each additional tag in the comment section, entrants gain one additional entry to the prize draw. There is no limit to the additional number of entries entrants can achieve by tagging multiple friends.
1.3 No confirmation message will be sent. Entrants are responsible for ensuring they have followed all steps correctly. Incomplete or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
2. Opening / closing date & time
The opening date for entry will be at 00:01 ET on 8th October 2025 and the closing date for entry will be 23:59 ET on 30th November 2025. After this date no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted. [The time of entry will be determined by the time stamp of the entrants’ electronical acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as specified in clause 1.]
3. Qualification of Entry
3.1 The Free Prize Draw is open to residents of the US. All entrants must be aged eighteen (18) years or over on the day they enter the Free Prize Draw. Proof of age, in the form of a valid passport or driver`s licence, may be required.
3.2. Only one entry for each account is permitted per person.
3.3 If you opt in to receive correspondence from Save Water Save Money as part of entering this Free Prize Draw, you can subsequently unsubscribe from receiving email correspondence at any time by following the instructions given in the accompanying emails. Signing up to Save Water Save Money’s correspondence around water efficiency is optional and is not part of the Free Prize Draw. Signing up does not result in any advantage or disadvantage to a participant.
3.4 Save Water Save Money does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted or secure access to Facebook or Instagram. Numerous factors outside the control of Save Water Save Money may interfere with the operation of the Site for which no responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.
3.5 The Free Prize Draw is not open to employees and their families, representatives, legal successors, contractors or agencies of Save Water Save Money.
3.6 All entries must be made directly by the individual entering the Free Prize Draw. Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified, and any Free Prize Draw awarded will be void. Entries will not be accepted via agents, third parties or in bulk.
3.7 The Prizes for this Free Prize Draw can only be sent to the address provided by the customer. No claims for Prizes will be accepted on or by any other means.
4. The Free Prize Draw
4.1 There are three (3) prizes to be won, each of a 10lb bag of Scotts Grass Seed Drought Tolerant Mix plus an Elite Spreader, the total retail value for each prize is $230.48 (subject to discounts which may be offered by some retailers of this product)(each referred to as “Prize”). Only one Prize per winner is permitted. The Prize does not include any additional services associated with use of the Prize or its installation. You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. The actual/appraised value of the Prize may differ at time the Prize is awarded.
4.2 The winners will be drawn at random on 3rd December 2025 at 9am ET. One winner will each be drawn from all entries received through Instagram and Facebook respectively. The third winner will be drawn from all entries received through both Instagram and Facebook combined. Each winner will be notified via a direct message (“DM”) through the same channel through which they entered the prize draw, no later than 5th December 2025at 9am ET. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and select an alternate winner (“Reserve Winner”), at the sole discretion of Save Water Save Money.
4.3 Reserve winners for each Prize will be selected on the same date and at the same time and according to the same principles.
4.4 Save Water Save Money will not replace any copied, damaged, reproduced or stolen prizes. All taxes, costs, liabilities and unspecified expenses associated with the usage of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
4.5 The Prize is as stated, “as is” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) AND SAVE WATER SAVE MONEY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REPAIRS OR ISSUES. Prizes are not transferable, cannot be resold and will only be awarded directly to the Winner. There is no cash alternative or substitutions. Prizes are subject to availability and in the event that the Prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond Save Water Save Money’s control, Save Water Save Money reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Save Water Save Money shall not be liable where a Prize has been lost or stolen following delivery of the Prize.
4.6 The Winners will be notified by DM on 5th December 2025 by 9am ET. Each Winner will need to follow the instructions in the notification message to reply with their full name, postal address and mobile number. The Promoter must have received all the required information, including the Winner’s full name and postal address, within fourteen (14) days of first notification.
4.7 The Prize will be dispatched within seven (7) days from the date of Save Water Save Money verifying the Winner and receiving the Winner’s required information.
4.8 The first name, initial of surname and location of the Winners will be published in advertising material to publicly congratulate our Winners and engage with the public. If you want to opt out of this promotion, please contact us using our contact form here. We may also ask if you’d like to offer a photo for our marketing agency to publish on social media. If you do not want to participate then do not provide a photo.
4.10 If it is suspected that an entrant uses multiple accounts to submit more than one (1) entry, only one (1) entry will be considered. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning online entry, the “Authorised Account Holder” of the email account used to participate in the draw at the actual time of entry, will be deemed to be the Authorised Account Holder and the natural person to whom the prize is awarded to.
4.11 No responsibility will be taken by Save Water Save Money if a Winner is not able to collect a Prize for any reason and howsoever arising.
4.12 If the Reserve Winner fails to claim the Prize within time period stipulated, entitlement ceases and the draw closes without any Prize being awarded.
5. Personal Data
All personal information you submit in connection with the Free Prize Draw will be stored for four (4) months after the closing date of the promotion before deletion. It will not be used for any purpose other than determining the winners and sending the prizes to them. It will not be shared with any third parties or used for any other purposes. 6. Premature Termination / Exclusion of participants
6.1 Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Save Water Save Money reserves the right to cancel or amend the Free Prize Draw or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect on participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
6.2 Save Water Save Money assumes no responsibility for and will disqualify entries that are: stolen, late, lost, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, damaged, destroyed, delayed, misdirected, not received, or that have incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in submitting entries or the Free Prize Draw, or by any human, mechanical or electronic error which may occur in the submission or processing of the entries in the Free Prize Draw, or other errors appearing within the terms or in any of the Free Prize Draw related advertisements. Proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of receipt, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.3 Save Water Save Money assumes no responsibility for any typographical or other error in the publication of the offer, administration of the Free Prize Draw, errors in submitting or processing entries, identifying the Winner, in the announcement of the Prizes and Winner, and the delivery of the Prizes, any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, mobile phone, computer systems, online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any website, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to entrant’s mobile phone or other portable electronic device related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Free Prize Draw.
6.4 Use of any device to automate or subvert entry is prohibited and any entries received by such means will be void. No software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated entries are permitted and any entries received by such means will be void.
6.5 Save Water Save Money reserves the right in its sole discretion to verify the Winner and disqualify any person it suspects or finds: (i) to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the draw; (ii) to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; (iii) to display behavior that will bring such Winner or Promoter into disgrace; (iv) to have provided inaccurate information upon entering the Free Prize Draw; or (v) to be acting in violation of these terms; (vi) to have gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. Any violation of these official rules by a Winner will result in such individual’s disqualification as a winner of the draw and all privileges as a winner will be immediately terminated.
7. General
7.1 To the fullest extent possible in law, Save Water Save Money does not accept liability for any losses or claims whatsoever arising out of participation in the Free Prize Draw and the acceptance of any Prize.
7.2 Participants are responsible for all costs and expenses relating to participation in the Free Prize Draw, such as accessing the internet etc.
7.3 Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Save Water Save Money shall not be liable for the content of any externally linked websites.
7.4 Save Water Save Money reserves the right to investigate and reject claims it believes to be of a fraudulent nature. Should a claim be upheld as fraudulent Save Water Save Money reserves the right to pursue damages against individuals in connection with the claim.
7.5 Save Water Save Money shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or obligated to provide an alternative or a substitution Prize to the Winner, where the failure is caused by an event of Force Majeure and the Winner does not receive any or all components of the prize as a result of such.
7.6 For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, an “event of Force Majeure”, shall have the following meaning: all circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either Save Water Save Money or the Winner concerned, including acts of God, earthquake, flood, storm, lightning, fire, explosion, war, terrorism, riot, civil disturbance, sabotage, strike, lockout, slowdown, labour disturbances, accident, epidemic, difficulties to obtain required raw materials or labour, lack of or failing transportation, breakdown of plant or essential machinery, emergency repair or maintenance, breakdown of public utilities, changes of law, statutes, regulations or any other legislative measures, acts of governments, supranational organizations or other administrative or public agencies, orders or decrees of any court, acts of third parties, delay in delivery or defects in goods or materials or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
7.7 Save Water Save Money’s decisions in all promotional matters in relation to this Free Prize Draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.8 Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on the law of Delaware and is void where prohibited by law.
